Banamine (flunixin meglumine) Injectable Solution is an intravenous or intramuscular injection given to horses and intravenous injection in beef and nonlactating dairy cattle only. The drug is a potent non-narcotic, non-steroidal analgesic agent with anti-inflammatory and fever-reducing activity.

Banamine For Horses: Recommended for the alleviation of inflammation and pain associated with musculoskeletal disorders in the horse. It is also recommended for the alleviation of visceral pain associated with colic in the horse.
Banamime For Cattle: Indicated for the control of fever associated with bovine respiratory disease and endotoxemia. Injectable Solution is also indicated for the control of inflammation in endotoxemia.
