* Please allow 1-2 additional days for Veterinarian approval on prescription items.

* Please allow 5-9 business days for shipping.

* We are not able to ship on Saturday or Sunday.

* All orders will be shipped from our pharmacy located in Virginia using standard USPS ground service.

* Orders will be shipped within 1 day of receipt. You may request a priority service such as overnight or 2 day delivery and pay the appropriate shipping charges. When choosing a priority service this will only shorten the actual delivery time once shipped from our location. With either service the time between receiving your approved order & shipping will remain 1 day.

** Please note that additional shipping charges may apply when ordering heavy or oversized items such as: pet gates, cages, tables, dryers, 5 gallon pails, gallons and cases of gallons, 32 oz and 16 oz liquids. If additional shipping charges apply we will e-mail you for approval prior to shipping.

We strive to provide exceptional customer service with your order, however we can make mistakes and send you items you did not order. In this case please contact The Animal Hospital of Padre Island at 361-949-8200 and someone will assist you.

If the product is defective, return it to us along with the original packaging and documentation for full credit, including return shipping.

Credit for items damaged in shipping must be claimed with the carrier. We will assist you, if possible, to rectify the situation.
