Gentaspray is intended for the treatment of infected superficial lesions in dogs caused by bacteria sensitive to gentamicin. The spray contains gentamicin, an antibiotic, and betamethasone, an anti-inflammatory. Gentaspray is a combination of an antibiotic to treat bacterial infections and a corticosteroid to treat any accompanying inflammation or itching.
